C.A. Technologies offers a range of Cougar H2O Cart-Mount Air Assist Airless (AAA) spray systems, designed specifically for fine finish applications using waterborne coatings. These systems combine airless and conventional atomization technologies to produce a soft yet highly atomized spray pattern, minimizing overspray and enhancing material transfer efficiency

  • 14:1 Ratio Stainless Steel Pump: Provides consistent performance with a fluid volume of 0.33 GPM per cycle, suitable for one gun up to a 0.024″ orifice size.

  • Optimized for Waterborne Coatings: Equipped with larger fluid passages and an Opti-tip to reduce micro bubbling, a common issue with waterborne coatings.

  • Ergonomic Design: Features an ergonomic spray gun with all stainless steel fluid passages, integrated fluid filter, and easy trigger pull for comfort during extended use.
