Wagner GA 5000EA – Electrostatic AirCoat automatic gun for solvent-based paints The electrostatic automatic gun achieves a very high application efficiency and a high-quality surface finish. The GA5000 EAC EC is an electrostatic automatic spray gun with external charging technology, ideal for high-volume industrial paint systems. Its design maximizes coating transfer efficiency while minimizing overspray and material waste. This model is widely used in automated robotic or conveyor-based finishing systems.

Excellent coating results Up to 20 % less paint consumption. Up to 20 % higher application efficiency compared to comparable products thanks to the high-performance cascade. High surface quality The extremely homogeneous atomization thanks to the smallest droplet sizes minimizes the number of rejects. Low maintenance The quick-change nozzle allows easy replacement and flushing of the nozzle without switching off the material and compressed air. For minimal interruptions in the production process. Air control as internal and external version For experienced operators it is often faster and easier to adjust the forming and atomizing air on the spray gun. The IC (internal air control) versions have an adjusting screw for this purpose. For more precise and reproducible air settings, the EC versions (external air control) can be used. The air options are set via the EPG 5000.
