Understanding the Sun-Spot Catalytic Heater

Sun-Spot catalytic heaters generate radiant infrared heat without an exposed flame. The result is controlled medium-to-long-wave infrared energy that can be absorbed efficiently by materials used throughout industrial finishing and manufacturing.

Flameless Infrared Heat

A catalytic heater produces infrared energy through a controlled chemical reaction rather than conventional flame-based combustion. This creates radiant heat in the medium-to-long infrared range.

Radiant infrared energy transfers directly toward the material being heated instead of relying primarily on hot moving air.
